Our commitment at Riverbend Interiors is to provide unparalleled design excellence. These terms ensure that every project, from material sourcing to bespoke furniture, is managed with precision. Do you have questions about our process? We're here to clarify.
Project Scope
Detailed project management covers everything from the initial mood board to the final walkthrough. We don't just pick colours; we orchestrate an entire transformation of your environment.
Payment & Fees
Retainers are required to secure site dates. Final material sourcing fees are billed net 14 days. We don't accept delays on procurement cycles due to the volatile nature of supply chains.
Design Rights
Intellectual property of custom furniture designs remains with Riverbend Interiors. You'll receive a limited license for residential use of all drawings once the final invoice is settled.
The Fine Print
1. Client Obligations
Ensuring site access is non-negotiable. If our material sourcing team can't enter the property at the scheduled hour, additional site visit fees will apply. We expect you to provide clear feedback during the concept phase to avoid costly scope creep later in the project management cycle.
2. Procurement & Sourcing
We source materials from premium Ireland and UK suppliers. While we strive for perfection, material lead times are estimates. We're not liable for manufacturer delays that impact the overall project timeline.
3. Custom Furniture
Custom commissions are final sale. Once the material is cut and the joinery begins, cancellations are impossible. Why? Because these pieces are tailored specifically to your space and your aesthetic preferences.
4. Liability
Riverbend Interiors maintains professional indemnity insurance. However, our liability is strictly limited to the fees paid for the specific design segment in question. Site safety for other contractors remains the client's responsibility unless specified in a separate project management contract.
